Good Company, Better Paces: Group Gains

“The free trial matched me to Beginners, and boom - I had a crew. Coach cues, 60‑minute sessions, and the friendliest runner vibe.”
Maya Robinson

“Mid group hits the sweet spot: smart intervals, good laughs, and just enough push to shave seconds off my splits. I show up for the progress, stay for the people.”
Daniel Lee

“Pro group is focused and fun. The coach dials in the workout, the squad brings the energy, and I leave every session faster and smiling. Best part of my week.”
Carmen Ruiz
