Runnalulu: Born Outside, Built in Norfolk
Norfolk’s outdoor-first running club - we’re here for runners who crave fresh air, open skies, and the kind of community that makes every mile feel lighter.
Our First Mile
Runnalulu began in Norfolk when three friends - Alex, Brandon, and Mike - decided the best part of running is the people. We’re an outdoors‑first club with welcoming group sessions, relaxed community runs, and one‑on‑one coaching that turns “maybe” into “let’s go.” Now we’re bringing it all online - with easy booking and a members’ area to track routes, results, milestones, plus bite‑size training videos and simple nutrition tips - same fresh‑air spirit, extra high‑fives, and the occasional terrible joke.

Brandon Wilson
Part motivator, part data whisperer, Brandon makes hard days doable and good days great. In the community, he mentors at a local middle‑school track program, helps neighbors tune up bikes at weekend fix‑it stands, and cohosts a free “Run + Read” meetup with the Norfolk library to get kids moving and curious.
Alex Austin

Trail scout and technique nerd, Alex is the steady engine behind Runnalulu’s training plans - equal parts biomechanics and “one more drill, then we stretch.” Off the path, he organizes monthly shoreline cleanups along the Elizabeth River, bikes to the NEON District art walks, and serves pour‑overs at neighborhood run‑club pop‑ups to fund youth gear drives.

Mike Williams
Community builder and hill‑repeat enthusiast, Mike keeps the vibes high and the goals clear. Around town, he’s the grill master at park potlucks, volunteers with a rescue that fosters big goofy dogs, and coordinates sunrise “leave no trace” trail days-usually bribing helpers with homemade banana bread.
